A company team made up of a mix of part-time, full-time and casual employees, as well as third-party contractors and employees on fixed, temporary contracts. 

Organizations can benefit from having a blended workforce as it helps them have some form of diversity; it also offers employees a work - life balance; a great example of sectors that mostly have a blended workforce are the food and events sector.
