Chatbots (Bots)

[ˈtʃatbɒt]
Definition:

Chatbots are a software that simulate human conversation with a person online. These can be used to interact with employees or customers and may perform tasks such as allowing staff to ask questions in natural language, rather than using search strings or key words.

Chatbots are a great tool to use when recruiting, this is because they help to cut off time during the recruitment process, so candidates can directly go through and access all the necessary information in regards to the different stages in the recruitment process; candidates are also able to ask questions. This allows employers to spend more time on preparing for the final stage of the recruitment process (which is most the time a one-on-one interview); this would be a great software for organizations to use.
