Climate Surveys measure employee attitudes to working at the organisation and engagement; these surveys are used for development and training purposes; climate surveys also help with provide a realistic picture of the organization’s needs.

Climate surveys also help to find out employee’s thoughts on different organisational issues such as the organisation’s success on achieving and communicating its goals, mission and the quality of the working environment. The surveys usually include a set of multiple-choice split into different areas of the organization; questions cover the following areas: customer service, teamwork, staff development, benefits, compensation, leadership, mentorship, customer service and many more.
