Employee Value Proposition

[]
Definition:

An employee value proposition (EVP) is a statement made by an employer to potential employees that communicates the value offered by the employer in terms of specific, job-related factors. These usually include opportunity, people within the organization, social and corporate responsibility, the alignment of work with personal interests and values, and rewards offered to employees, such as the benefits package, rate of pay, and other perks. EVPs are becoming more and more critical for organizations seeking to attract top talent and become seen as “employers of note”.
