Organizations must ensure to provide equal opportunities to all their employees as it is required by law; failing to offer same opportunities and not discriminating their staff on any grounds will not only cause the organisation’s reputation, it might also affect its ability to expand into new territories and securing new contracts which could potentially cause them an increase in their revenue.
