Gender Bias is when prejudice is practiced between genders in  favor of the other within the workplace; so for instance opportunities might only be offered to a particular gender than the other.

This can conscious or unconscious; employers must however avoid any form gender bias and offer opportunities and promotions equally, regardless of the employee’s gender.
