Gender Pay Gap

[ˈdʒɛndər | peɪ | ɡæp]
Definition:

Gender Pay Gap refers to the differences in the salary or pay based on one’s gender orientation; this is a term traditionally used for the higher average salaries that men earn over females.

Employers must ensure to avoid a gap between salaries when it comes to gender, simply because women can work as hard as men, therefore gender should not be a reason for deciding on how much salary an employee should be paid; organizations should rather focus on one's potential.
