Generation Z

This generation refers to the generation born between the 1990s and early 2010s; according to research, this is the largest generation in the American history and actually 27 percent of the whole country population; the research suggests that by 2026 this generation will make up more than half of the population.

Members of this generation are seen as digital natives; and this is because they grew up after the internet advent and in the raise of smartphones. Organizations therefore are beginning to offer internships for such the members within this generation because they are believed to be the next world leaders.
