Definition:

Group dynamics within an organization is the way individuals work with each other within the team. In other words, group dynamics refer to the way groups form, how they function and their process and structure. 

Organizations usually carry out group dynamics in order to analyze how different teams can work well together and how to improve processes in order for employees to work together successfully; this type of system is also carried out in order to improve teamwork within the organization. This is a good system to use to improve processes within the organization as it helps with making the necessary corrections moving forward.
