Leave Management

[liv | ˈmænɪdʒmənt]
Definition:

Leave Management  is an employee's workplace leave entitlement. Employees can take leave for various reasons such as: a holiday, illness, taking care of a sick family member or taking care of new children.

The National Employment Standards (NES) outlines the minimum leave allowed for each employee. However, an award, registered agreement, or contract can entitle an employee to more leave than the NES based on the nature of the organization.
