List of Values (LOV)

Definition:

This is a list of core believes that an organization has. It is important to have a list of values for the organization because it will firstly help to ensure that the employees  are working towards the same goal and more importantly it makes employees aware that there are core things that the organization is trying to achieve. A list of core values also helps an organization to shape its culture and support the company’s vision.

Organizations must really produce a list of values for their business, because a business without values is not a real business; it is therefore important to set these values in order to shape and build a unique business.
