Millennials

[mɪˈlɛnɪəl]
Definition:

Millennials are the generation vaguely defined as those born from the 1980s to the early 2000s; this name was given to the generation due to the fact that they were born near or came of age during the dawn of the 21st century (which has been seen as the “New Millenium”).

Being the first generation to be born in the digital world, the members of this group are also known as the “digital natives”; this generation is seen to be one that many employers tend to look out for due to their knowledge of the digital world and the things they are exposed to.
