Organizational Development is the process of improving overall effectiveness of an organization by managing the behaviours of employees; in order for this process to be implemented, organizations must ensure that there are systems in place. 

One of the main objectives of organizational development is in order to make changes to the process, structure or structure of an entire system within the organization.
