Team building is a strategy which employers use, in order to create a sense of interdependence and trust within a workforce.Team building makes employees feel their work is valued and value the work others contribute to their role.

This can be introduced as a training program, but is heavily reliant on morale and the culture of the business to foster a long-term, sustained sense of team. 

The main aim of team building is to motivate employees to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. Therefore, any team building exercise should encourage collaboration rather than competition. Employers must be sure to incorporate team building into their  workplace routines and practices.

Team building has various advantages, below are some of the benefits of team building:

One of the top benefits of team building activities is increased morale within the workplace. An enthusiastic and positive workforce that feel they are cared for will radiate that feeling throughout the organization, creating an environment that is nice and fun to work in.
