Definition:

Unconscious bias refers to the discriminatory decisions made by an individual without them realising they are doing it, as a result of internalised judgements about particular people or demographics. 

Unconscious Bias refers can have a bad influence on the organization as it can cause managers to unintentionally discriminate prospective candidates and current employees.
