Definition:

A Voluntary Resignation Form, is when an employee makes the decision to hand in a notice to end their contract with the organization early. This form includes the employee’s name, the name of the organization, the title or position, the last day of work, contact details and their reason for leaving their position.

Some organizations could make their employee or employees resign voluntarily; the decision from the employer’s side could be financial, it might be to reduce the expenses on payroll and rather spend the money on other aspects of the organization, it could also just plainly because there is not a need to keep a certain number of employees.
