Work-life balance, refers to the balance needed in life between time spent on the job and time spent seeking fulfilment outside the workplace.

Achieving this balance can greatly improve both quality of life and work efficiency. This therefore one of the reasons why some employers offer flexible working hours or the option for employees to work in the comfort of their home, in order to offer them the opportunity to still have time for their families and attend to their personal needs.
