Workplace safety is a multifaceted topic focused on the physical, mental, and emotional safety of employees. It involves a very wide range of factors, from those covered by OSHA, such as safe workplace practices, to creating a sense of psychological safety that allows and even encourages employees to provide feedback on manager performance. With the pandemic, there will also be an increased focus on health and wellness safety and on employers implementing important safeguards and health-related policies, such as what employees are expected to do if they feel sick.
