Workplace Stress
Definition:

It can cause both physical and emotional harm to employees and generally results when there is a conflict between the demands of the job and the amount of control an employee has over those demands. A good “fit” between employee and work responsibilities can help reduce workplace stress, but other management techniques can include clearly defined duties and expectations.
